1. I’ve been vegan nearly half my life and now I’m raw fruitarian. If I were still eating “normal” food, and if I had a stove, I would definitely love to make these, they look delectable! But instead I will share these this yummy video.

2. I love the look of all of these recipes, but I try to stay away from oil. All these recipes call for quite a bit of oil, or vbutter. I wish I knew if I actually needed it or i there is a substitute that I could use to get the same results. If you have any advise, I would appreciate it.

5. easy way to explain it

   Latin is anyone who comes from a Latin speaking culture such as French,Spanish,Italian etc Latin american means someone who is latin from America

   All people who come from any country on the American continent have a euro american (european and american)culture period

   Otherwise known as Latin american if your from the Latin speaking side that’s not English.

   What brings us together and what we share is food we all eat the same food in America we may call it different names

   We all share the native indigenous ingredients/foods from there

   Traditionally the american continent culture especially food is a mix of native american and western European which is where Latin is predominant and majority of Europeans came from

   Eastern Europe is predominantly Eastern orthodox who use Greek not Latin

   Take the food known as arepas which is a fried dumpling in american countries it Traditionally is made with corn flour In Europe it is made with all purpose flour and in south asian it is made with chick pea flour or lentil flour

   There is only four continents and types of food which american, african, asian,European.

   For those that dont understand termologies
   my nationality is American and british
   My ethnicity is white English (as my ancestors who are black have lived in the United States and England for 425 years and those that are Asian for 250 years)
   My culture is European American
   My ancestry is European,african,asian (as I have relatives who are black,white,asian.)

   And my relatives who are black don’t identify as African Americans they are american period 🙄 as Africa is a continent with different countries and languages and cultures,food (which we know nothing about and have not for over 430 years.

   Just as my relatives who are white don’t say European Americans it’s just a ancestry to us and we are proud of out heritage.

   I have mixed ancestry what am I supposed to say I’m mixed anerican 🤦‍♂️🙄

   Firstly There is no such thing as racism 🙄

   We are one race ,our species is called homo saipen otherwise known as HUMAN

   And we come in different shapes and sizes, colors and we are all fabulous

   From a scientific perspective
   When we collect blood we don’t label it according to color, gender, sexuality etc 🤦‍♂️

   it’s a disgrace this toxic ideology of different human races is allowed to be perpetuated.

   It’s wrong to call someone with mixed ancestry mixed raced, it’s mixed ancestry

   There is discrimination because of color, gender, sexuality unfortunately 😔

   We need to educate ourselves

   I am a gay male who is of mixed ancestry I have white,asian,and black relatives

   And FYI as mammals apes are close to our genetics

   Labelling a color a race stems from slavery and religion and is a divisive evil ideology

   We should all consider ourselves citizens of the cosmos

   We are all brothers and sisters who share this beautiful planet

   We do not need religion ,God’s or any evil ideologies
