You’re a better woman than me because if I mess up the pasta it’s going in the garbage. I really try hard to eat the produce before it spoils, though. I keep a marker board on the fridge to remind myself what needs to be eaten soon. I am the worst at forgetting there are mushrooms in the fridge, so those go on the list automatically. haha
Why hold the semi rotten cauliflower over the pot with good veg? It could drop bacteria into the pot. Poor hygiene.
I safe money by blending up white beans, navy, northern, etc ..and it creams up for a nice protein base
I just have to say that I appreciate how you pivot. Soggy pasta? Air fry it!
2026 is my year of not wasting food. I love the idea of the rotten veggie soup LOL I kind of already do this. It’s the best way to keep from throwing away vegetables!
