Roasted chickpeas (especially when you try different seasonings) are a game changer, best snack ever, I’m begging you all: if you haven’t tried them, do it TODAY.
chickpeas have oxalates which are removed by the kidneys through urine but as oxalate levels increase, they deposit in the KIDNEY along with calcium and make kidney STONES. I was going to use this recipe in my newly acquired air fryer but now I won’t. What are some more recipes that won’t cause kidney stones?
I lobe the oil free recipes. I eat plant based for health reasons and have been having success in several areas.

If i wanted to worry about healthy eating, i would worry much more about salt and acrylamides than the tiny amounts of somewhat healthy rapeseed or sunflower oil used in airfrying.
About the starch-coated tofu: You can add a tablespoon of oil during the starch coating to get it well distributed and have less mess than spraying on afterwards. I think i learned that from you actually in an older video on kung-pao tofu.
