  1. I made these several weeks ago when the video came out. Promptly froze them. Just had one. I really, really like this recipe. The vital wheat gluten means they keep their shape. Yay! They won’t squish out like a bean burger does. Thank you! ❤

  2. You can leave out the VWG…. and use a pea protein isolate and methycellulose. Methycellulose is what binds impossible burgers. It bonds with proteins. I use both VWG (because I like the texture) AND add a complete protein isolate and methycellulose
