Maple Glazed “Ham”:
1.5 Cup vital wheat gluten
1 14 oz can Chickpeas
3/4 cup Veggie broth or no chicken broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbs nutritional yeast
2 tbs avocado oil
1 tbs liquid smoke
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp clove powder
3-4 cups no chicken broth

Maple Glaze:
4 tbs vegan butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbs dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Candied Yams:
4 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 Cup Vegan Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
1/2 Cup Maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt

Cornbread Dressing:

Cornbread:
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 1/4 Corn Meal
1 1/4 plant milk
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbs coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1 tbs flaxmeal + 3 tbs water)
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
3 tbs maple syrup (optional)

Dressing:
1 pan of vegan Cornbread
1 tbs avocado oil
1 yellow onion
3 ribs celery
3 cloves of garlic
3 tsp season all
1-2 tsp sage
1 tbs thyme
1 tbs rosemary
1.5 – 2.5 cup Veggie broth
