4 bunches of Collard (24 leaves)
1 yellow onion
16 oz shitake mushrooms
1 tbs minced garlic
3 cups of vegetable stock
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs coconut sugar
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Crushed red pepper
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper

Corn Bread:
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 1/4 Corn Meal
1 1/4 plant milk
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbs coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1 tbs flaxmeal + 3 tbs water)
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
3 tbs maple syrup

  3. Is vegetable stock good instead of the broth? I got swiss chards laying around ima try using them instead of the collard greens to see how it’ll taste and the veg stock shouldn’t be much different i could be wrong though since the swiss chards might shrink to much
