This looks amazing! I love your idea of adding chopped cabbage for extra nutrients and fiber! A few months ago I added riced cauliflower to my spaghetti sauce and it turned out amazing! I now add it to everything- lentil dishes, soups, vegan “meat”loaf, etc. The cauliflower has such a nice texture when it’s cooked with all the other ingredients- only a very trained eye would be able to tell it’s there! I can’t wait to try this with chopped cabbage 🙂
